Return Policy

We will accept damaged merchandise for exchange or credit. If your purchase has defects or errors, please email the information with your order number located on your packing slip for exchange or credit. Customer Service will issue a return authorization number. This RA number must be on the outside of the returned box.
Credits may take up to 6 weeks to process without the RA number on the package.
Returns must be made within 30 days. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns that are not defective or damaged.

How Do I Place A Special Or Custom Order?

Will I be Notified if an Item is Out of Stock?

If you place your order on-line, you will see the current inventory as you shop. If an item quantity or size shows a 0, you can authorize a backorder by entering the quantity for your order. You will be notified by phone or email of any item unavailable to complete your order. An item placed on back order will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

How Will My Order be Shipped?

All in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours of order approval. Standard delivery method is Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified on your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery. FOB Jacksonville, FL.

How Much are Shipping Charges?

Charges are based on package weight at published Fedex rates. Shipping charges specific to your purchase appear on the check out page in a pull down menu that shows all the available services and rates. Some shipments may be subject to additional dimensional charges.
Note that if your order contains any drop ship items, we can not calculate shipping charges online, and the shipping will appear as "TBD" - To Be Determined. Drop ship items ship from different, multiple locations, and charges vary with quantity, etc. You will be billed actual charges at the time of invoice.
