Welcome to CROWLEY's on-line catalog of officially licensed promotional merchandise. 

There are four ways to place an order through the program administrator, Jacksonville Specialty Advertising (JSA), a full service promotional products distributor in Jacksonville, Florida:

1.  Individuals may order on-line using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.

2.  Crowley employees may order on-line using a purchase order number.

3.  Crowley employees who are authorized buyers, may order on-line and use their names and Personal Identification Numbers (PIN). *

4.  Individuals can use the on-line catalog to locate items for purchase and them call JSA's dedicated customer service representatives toll free at 1-800-446-7204 x120, or 904-398-7072 x120.  Orders can be faxed to 904-398-8607.  Representatives are available from 8:30am (EST) until 5:00pm (EST)

*Employees who wish to become authorized buyers can be granted a PIN number, must acquire written approval from their supervisors and submit the requests to Purchasing in the Corporate Purchasing Department in Jacksonville.

All on-line orders will be acknowledged automatically to your e-mail address.

USING THE SHOPPING CART:  The on-line catalog is simple to use.  Like most shopping cart programs, you are given the opportunity to sort on categories or key words.  The items can be viewed larger and in more detail along with price information and descriptions.  When making a selection, you simply "add to the cart".  Your order is summarized with shipping costs in the order form.  And, you are able to add and delete items before finalizing your order.

DELIVERY:  Many items are kept in inventory at JSA's Jacksonville warehouse.  Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order.  Your order will be delivered according to the shipping method you select.  JSA can ship inventoried products same day without a rush charge if you approve overnight delivery charges and the order is placed before 2:00pm EST.  JSA's goal is to always have items in stock, but if the item you requested is not in stock, JSA will inform you of the expected delivery date.  JSA suggests that you call to verify stock availability if you have an immediate need. 

FACTORY DIRECT ORDERS:  All items are available for a discounted price when you allow 3 weeks delivery and meet factory minimum requirements.  Some items are only available as factory-shipped items - these items will reflect the delivery time and minimum quantity requirements in their description.  Actual shipping charges will be billed.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  If you cannot find what you are looking for in the on-line catalog, consider placing a custom order.  JSA represents thousands of manufacturers and products and can be your source for items that are not currently in the catalog program.  You can  use our research tool by clicking on "click here to find more items" located above the Keyword Search.  You can sort on categories, price range and manufacturer.  JSA customer service is also available as assistance in providing ideas that fit your budget and time frame.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  JSA will charge shipping according to the following scale for Inventory Items:

$50.00 - $74.99   $8.90

$74.00 - $99.99   $10.40

$100.00 - $149.99 $12.60

$150.00 - UP  CALL FOR QUOTE

Items shipping direct from the manufacturer will be billed at actual shipping costs that are determined by the manufacturer.

Inventory items shipping outside of the Continental US will be billed at actual cost - if necessary,  call for quote.  Duties and taxes will be charged.
